Custom Exhaust Fan/Filter Stand |

 This is a CAD rendition of a Fan/Filter assembly. (Sorry...no photo's of this one due to Privacy Agreements).
This assembly needed a display stand for retail applications.
Firstly, we measured the unit carefully and generated this CAD drawing.
 These are the generated shapes that make up the stand. Note that the leg sections have different diameter cut outs to support the fan and filter. These are measured and cut to very fine tolerances to support the weight of the unit properly.
 This is a CAD rendition of the finished stand.

Custom Knife Scale Prototype |

This is the knife supplied to us in original condition.
 We remove the scale (the side of the knife handle) and using a series of CAD processes, we replicate the shape. Note that the inner of the scale is machined out to match the inner frame of the knife (see the orange part shown below).
(Also, we redesigned the shape to fit the customers fingers better.)
This part was machined from 4.5mm clear acrylic.
 We then added some custom 3D engraving (with paint infill) as per customers artwork.
 The inner frame has been painted orange and the knife re-assembled.
